I wanted to take a moment to thank-you so very much for all of your efforts and delicious foods this weekend.
Matt and I are so pleased with everything. The service that you and Caroline provide is impeccable and our guest were pleased and impressed.
This was certainly a memorable experience for us.

Testimonial for Tim Stewart
For my wedding proposal, I decided to hire Tim Stewart to prepare a customized surprise dinner for Vanessa (my soon-to-be-fiancée) and I. Tim exceeded my expectations! He came to the house early and helped me setup by lighting the candles and arranging the table. I had rose petals, candles, flowers, chocolates and wine. We were ready. It was a surprise dinner so my girlfriend was blindfolded as she walked up to our house where she was greeted by Tim who introduced himself. Tim was very personable as he guided her into the house and sat her down while I prepared for my proposal. She was amazed at not only the decoration, but the smell of the Tim’s food! The proposal went great. After my proposal we sat down at the table and enjoyed dish after dish of mouth-watering menu items. Tim even went as far as handing Vanessa some cards that I had made with every serving. These cards illustrated a memory of our story together. We had a wonderful time; the food was extravagant and delicious. It was everything I hoped for and more. It was the perfect proposal. My now fiancée brags to all of her friends and family about that amazing proposal night thanks to Tim Stewart.

Dear Tim,
Never have I enjoyed a more elegant occasion in my life as the one we experienced last Sunday.
Your gourmet appetizers were to die for. They were trendy, delicious, fresh and unique. Bob & I and the guests sampled and enjoyed your many interesting, subtle and original taste combinations throughout the afternoon.
We enjoyed our 50th wedding anniversary party, arranged by our daughter Michelle, from the minute we stepped in the door.
We thank you from the bottom of our heart for making this occasion such 'a beautiful affair'.
Best of luck and thank you - your skills are exceptional Tim

UH OH I screwed up! I need help!
Guys - This is for you! Have you ever stuck your foot in your mouth? Have you ever forgotten an anniversary or dare I say it even a birthday? Do you need to make up for something and you need to do it today? Well I have the answer for you! Why not give me a call and see if I am available to come help save the day. If you messed and your significant other is really mad at you, don't buy her flowers, they just wilt away and die. Chocolates are only for Valentine's Day. SO if you really to make it up or just want to surprise that special someone. Give me a call, I will come make you a very special dinner and with a surprise like this, you never know I might be available to help you save your relationship, your marriage and help you live happily ever after. (well that part is on you, but this is a good start!) I won't always be available, but what have you got to lose, so give me a call. Chef Tim

Chef Tim Voted USPCA Personal Chef of the Year
Hi All
On July 30, 31 and August 1, 2010 I attended the USPCA National Conference in Denver Colorado. It was a great weekend of sharing knowledge and learning some new tricks of the trade from fellow chefs.
The highlight of the weekend for me came on Friday lunch when I was voted Personal Chef of the Year by my fellow chefs from across Canada and the United States!
I am humbled and thrilled to have won this award. I feel very blessed and lucky to do what I do.
Here is a listing of the criteria for which the award was based upon:
We are looking for a chef that exemplifies the professional personal chef.
A chef who takes pride in their business and shares their time and knowledge with others.
A chef who is loved by their clients and respected by their peers.
Candidates should have some or all of the following attributes:
They have expanded or innovated their personal chef business in new ways.
They have a great base of clients and local reputation for service.
They excel in marketing themselves in multiple ways.
They promote the personal chef industry.
They have taken an interest in other chefs and have mentored and guided them to develop successful businesses.
They have been recognized with any type of local or national award.
They are active with charities or volunteer to help others.
We are also looking for chefs that have taken their business to new places or started offering new types of services.
Just wanted to share my good news with all of you.
I taught a class on taking your business to the next level.
I also participated in the Chef's Knockout Competition as a Sous chef, along with fellow Canadian chef Jan Cooper Webb to our Head Chef fellow Canadian Dean Mitchell. We unfortunately lost by a very narrow margin, but a good time was had by all.
Cheers!
